Location: Fruit Towers - London
innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.
what you’ll be doing
Are you looking for a great opportunity to work right at the heart of our business, with some really talented people, shaping what makes us unique? Making sure the day-to-day operations of Fruit Towers are running slick and smooth (e.g. ensuring the kitchen is stocked with everything it needs)
We’ve got a whole load of clubs at innocent that you’ll be responsible for managing. So you’ll pretty much be the King or Queen of Clubs.
Leading on welcoming new starters into the business – everything from goodie bags to ensuring their desk is set up correctly for them.
Being at the centre of our internal company events, supporting the planning and execution.
Running the content and process for the company wide newsletter – The Monday Limes
We’re not looking for specific qualifications – what’s important is that you are a bright spark who is driven and enthusiastic. Being a team player is important as you will be working with people across the business and helping out in the office where necessary. You need to have good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
We’re looking for someone with bags of initiative as you’ll be dealing with ad hoc queries and projects, as well as monitoring levels of office supplies and managing stock budgets every month. You’ll need to be able to solve problems quickly and your helpful nature means you’ll be on hand to help anybody in Fruit Towers with anything that will make their life easier. You also get to help organise major company events, so your multitasking, creativity and sheep-herding skills will come into play a few times a year.
The hours are a mix of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
• The opportunity to get creative with building an inspirational and unique working environment.
• Experience working with people all over the business, at all levels.
• You’ll be at the centre of creating some pretty awesome parties.
• Shed loads of interaction with our lovely drinkers.
As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at.
If you think you have everything we’re looking for and more, then we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.
Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don’t have to. We’re open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it’s good for you, then it’s good for us.
We’re all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We’re an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.
You’ll help us to keep doing business the right way – keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
